• Bachelor’s degree in special education
• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license or teaching certificate
• Ability to pass required criminal background checks
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to generate, collect, analyze, and maintain student data
• Ability to administer and interpret standardized assessments
